Sautéed Greens

2 Tbs olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced OR ½ onion, chopped

1 Bunch greens of choice (kale, chard, collards, cabbage…), remove stems and chop

1 cup chicken or vegetable stock

Salt to taste

 

Heat a skillet over medium heat, add oil and garlic.  Immediately add greens and toss into the hot oil.  Sauté for 2 – 3 minutes.  Add stock and simmer until absorbed.  Add salt to taste.
