Hummus and Crackers

1 Can of Garbanzo beans

5 tablespoons of tahini

½ tsp sea salt

1/3 C fresh lemon juice

2-3 cloves of garlic

3 Tb olive oil

¼ cup water

 

Place beans in blender with all the ingredients except water.  Blend until smooth.  Add water to get desired consistency.  It will store in refrigerator for 1 week.  Eat as a dip with crackers, vegetables, or chips.
